Mark Ebbinghaus is responsible for identifying business and investment opportunities, including REITs, private funds and other fund management-related platforms via mergers and acquisitions.
He is also a member of the Business Development Committee which drives and coordinates all new business initiatives.
Prior to joining, Mark was Global Head of Industries & Real Estate at Standard Chartered Bank. Prior to joining SCB, Mark was Asia Head of Real Estate Lodging & Leisure Investment Banking for UBS. Prior to investment banking, Mark was a top-rated equities research analyst covering real estate, developers and contractors, and the hotel sector. He spent five years at JLW Advisory (a former division of Jones Lang LaSalle) where he was Head of Strategic Investment Advice for their Australian business.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Adelaide and a Master of Real Estate and Finance from the University of South Australia. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), a fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, and a full member of the CFA Institute and the Australian Property Institute.
Roun founded Dunedin Property in 1996 and is the Chief Executive Officer in Europe, taking primary responsibility for corporate finance, deal structuring and managing commercial relationships, in addition to managing acquisitions and investment strategy.
Roun has over 30 years of direct real estate experience; before founding Dunedin, Roun spent 4 years with ING Real Estate where he was responsible for managing the UK portfolio. Prior to ING Real Estate, he was a Partner at Jones Lang LaSalle where he was responsible for West End investment and development for more than 5 years.
Roun trained as a lawyer but has spent his entire career in real estate investment and asset management.
Stuart heads up Private Markets where he has responsibility for its investment management activities which include a series of discretionary funds in both real estate equity and credit.
Stuart joined the business in 2006 and was Head of Real Estate and a Managing Partner at InfraRed Capital Partners from 2011 until 2020 when the business was sold to Sun Life. Prior to joining InfraRed, Stuart spent 10 years as a real estate investment banker at JPMorgan and Eurohypo AG.
Stuart holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Manchester University.
Stephen heads up the Public Markets. He is the founder and CEO of London & Scottish Property Investment Management (LSPIM), setting the overall corporate direction, and is responsible for all investment and development activities. Since June 2013, he has acquired or sold more than 250 assets in deals totaling over £1.2 billion.
He created two investment funds in 2013 and 2014, which were jointly ventured with Toscafund Asset Management LLP. He was subsequently instrumental in listing the funds on the London Stock Exchange in 2015 as Regional REIT.
He has been a member of the RICS since 2001 and is a member of the Investment Property Forum.
Albie joined in 2001 having previously been the group’s tax advisor since 1996 whilst at Deloitte. Albie is responsible for financial and corporate matters, reporting to JV partners, funders and banks on financial performance and compliance.
Prior to joining, Albie spent 11 years with Deloitte, primarily in the tax and corporate finance department advising property companies.
Albie qualified as a chartered accountant with ICAS in 1988.
Helen joined in 2023 to head up the People Team and Business Services. Covering the full remit of Talent and Culture activities her core focus is on attracting and retaining the talent needed for now and the future.
Prior to joining Helen has held senior HR & Business roles in a variety of industries including Financial Services, Construction and Hospitality in both the UK, Europe and internationally. Helen is co-chair of CARAS a local refugee charity.
Helen holds post graduate qualifications in HR and general business from the University of Auckland.
Alexandra is a Director within the Asset Management team and leads the ESG function. Her role comprises developing and implementing our ESG strategy and roadmap to ensure the full integration of ESG considerations within the Firm’s operational activities.
She joined the Team in 2018 and has over 15 years’ real estate experience. Prior to joining the Firm, Alexandra worked for Tesco PLC for 6 years in their in-house property department leading the team responsible for the investment management of their significant Joint Venture portfolio.
Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Liverpool and a Master of Laws degree from Kings College, London.
Co-founder and co-head of our Commercial Real Estate debt business since its formation in 2013, Beatrice oversees the existing credit funds and plays a leading role in the development of new funds and new credit strategies, working closely with the our investor base. Beatrice is involved in various aspects of our overall management including a leadership role in developing our ESG and D&I initiatives. She is a member Investment Committee for the firm’s various discretionary funds.
She has an extensive background in real estate and corporate lending gained over her previous roles at Citi, HSBC and the Bank of New York. At Citi, Beatrice was a lead on over €2.5 billion of successful loan restructurings and worked on the distribution of over €3 billion of CRE debt to a wide range of investors globally. Her corporate experience was gained from credit roles in Telecoms and Media team at HSBC and the Bank of New York.
Beatrice holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Finance from Bristol University, and a first degree from the Sorbonne in Paris.
Co-founder and co-head of our Commercial Real Estate debt business since its formation in 2013, Paul was instrumental in developing various investment strategies including the Firm’s discretionary debt funds and joint ventures. Paul is a member of the Investment Committee across the Firm’s discretionary funds.
Prior to co-founding the debt business, Paul spent over 20 years with Citigroup with extensive experience in the real estate and corporate credit departments, with his last role as the Head of Citi’s European Real Estate investment banking business. Paul started his career with Citi in 1993 in Canada, before moving to Citi New York, and then to Citi in London in 2000.
Paul is a member of the CFA Institute and holds a MBA from Toronto’s Schulich School of Business, and a BA (Hons) from the University of Western Ontario.
Marianne leads compliance across the European platform on all aspects of compliance.
Prior to joining, she held several in-house compliance roles including Natixis Investment Managers and Aviva Investors. Marianne has provided in-depth compliance support specifically in relation to real estate and her notable experience covers the full investment cycle. Marianne is a qualified solicitor, having trained at Macfarlanes and has also worked in compliance consultancy at KPMG. In addition, Marianne began her career working in the Enforcement & Financial Crime team at the FSA (now FCA).
Marianne holds a Law degree from University of London, and a Masters in Financial Regulation and Compliance from BPP University. She also holds a Postgraduate Legal Practice Diploma from BPP Law School, and an Executive Diploma in strategic leadership from University of Warwick.
Keith joined in 2011, his work principally involves senior level input and oversight of business plan development at acquisition stage, delivery of asset management initiatives of acquired properties and the development and delivery of exit strategies, working closely with the respective project team members. Prior to his current role, Keith led the asset management of a retail portfolio, where his work principally involved managing design teams responsible for improving the assets’ physical structure and appearance, negotiating new leases and re-gears with occupiers as well as engaging with public officials to secure consent for asset improvement initiatives.
Prior to joining, Keith gained extensive asset management and development experience as a senior member of the asset management team at Threadneedle, a UK-focused fund manager, where he was responsible for maximising the performance of a comprehensive retail, industrial and office portfolio across multiple locations in the UK.
Keith holds a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Estate Management from the University of Westminster and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Quentin leads the Investment Team across Europe. In his role, Quentin is responsible for supervising all sourcing, execution and strategic decisions in the region. Quentin joined the Team in 2017, and has since transacted several logistics, office and residential projects totalling a gross asset value of over EUR 1 billion.
Prior to joining, Quentin spent four years in the investment team of CPPIB (Canada Pension Plan), where he concluded in excess of GBP 2.5 billion of transactions across Europe in office developments, student housing, shopping centres and logistics. Prior to CPPIB, Quentin worked for the private equity firm Lionsfield Capital, with a particular focus on distressed real estate assets in France and the UK.
Quentin is a French and British national. He holds an MEn. in Industrial Engineering from Arts & Metiers ParisTech, France and a MSc in Applied Statistics from Lancaster University Management School, UK.
Tom joined in July 2023 as Managing Director and Head of UK Industrial and Logistics Investment, having spent the previous 8 years at BlackRock running the Industrial and Logistics strategy for the real estate platform, focussed on investment acquisitions and sales and development primarily on the main £3.4bn UK Property Fund.
Previous to this he worked at CBRE Global Investment for 5 years as fund manager on two of the main managed accounts valued at over £1bn. Tom has an extensive and reliable UK network and a deep understanding of both the investment and occupational market in the UK, further bolstered by his time working as an Investment agent at GVA and Nelson Bakewell.
Tom is a qualified MRICS Chartered Surveyor, together with a Masters in Real Estate Management from Southbank University.
Rachel leads the Legal and CoSec function in Europe for the Group. She provides in depth legal support across the business on an operational and transactional basis and is responsible for Group company secretarial.
Prior to being General Counsel, Rachel was Legal Counsel at London & Scottish Investments and then at London & Scottish Property Investment Management Ltd and was responsible for all legal matters in relation to corporate transactions and restructures, debt financings, general corporate matters, risk and compliance, HR and all company secretarial matters. She also manages relationships with our external legal and cosec service providers and advisors.
Rachel trained and qualified at Burness Paull, with a key focus on Finance and Private International Funds. She has significant experience in advising on the full capital structure from advising on the establishment and operation of a wide variety of private funds structures through to fund financing and real estate financings. Rachel also spent time working at Standard Life in the Platform Team.
Rachel has a Law Degree and Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Dundee. She is currently undertaking further study to become a Chartered Secretary and Governance Professional with The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland.
Derek is primarily responsible for operations. With over 30 years’ experience in senior corporate roles, he provides strategic advice and management oversight to drive the business forward.
He joined in June 2015 from REVCAP, where he was a Partner. Prior to that he spent 27 years at Bank of Scotland/Lloyds Banking Group in a variety of senior Corporate Banking roles. These included the bank’s Corporate Banking business in the USA, the UK Real Estate Joint Ventures business, the European Real Estate business, the UK Business Support Unit and the Irish Business Support Unit.
Derek’s extensive experience also includes strategic development. He has successfully led a significant number of high-value transactions and had line responsibility for large teams of professionals.
Sarah joined in 2015 and has been instrumental in developing the company’s financial capability. She has grown the finance team from 8 to 21 people as the company’s assets under management have grown and has overseen the design and implementation of a full process and control framework.
Sarah qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she worked for seven years. During that period, she advised on a number of complex restructuring transactions before leaving to work in industry.
Appointed as Director in 2016 and re-designated as Executive Director in February 2019, Mr. Shen Jinchu, Jeffrey has been the co-CEO of our Group since June 2011 and was also a co-founder of e-Shang. He is responsible for overseeing ESR’s overall operations and business development, leading regional growth strategies, and expanding ESR’s asset and fund management platforms.
Mr. Shen has over 23 years of industrial real estate experience in China. Prior to co-founding our Group in June 2011, he was Senior Vice President at GLP Investment Management (China) Co. Ltd. (formerly Prologis China) from January 2004 to September 2010, overseeing the Eastern China area. Mr. Shen was the deputy director of DTZ Debenham Tie Leung International Property Advisers from June 2001 to December 2003. Previously, he was the assistant general manager of marketing at Shanghai Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone Xin Development Co., Ltd from July 1995 to November 2000. Mr. Shen was also a director of ESR-REIT Manager from January 2017 to January 2019.
Mr. Shen graduated from the Shanghai Jiaotong University in China and obtained a bachelor’s degree in technical economics. He holds an MBA from Donghua University in China.
Mr. Ivan Lim has been appointed as the Group Chief Financial Officer of ESR since 19 September 2022 and is responsible for all aspects of the Group’s financial management, including finance (accounting, tax, budgeting and forecasting), financing (debt and equity), and investor relations.
Prior to his appointment, Mr Lim helmed as Chief Financial Officer of LOGOS Property Group Limited and ARA Asset Management Limited, both of which are key subsidiaries of ESR Group post its acquisition of ARA. Mr. Lim has close to 20 years in the real estate industry with his experience spanning fund management and investment, asset management, advisory and consultancy, corporate finance, group treasury and statutory reporting. Prior to joining LOGOS, Mr. Lim was with OUE Limited from January 2020 to November 2020 as the Group Chief Financial Officer. He was the Chief Financial Officer of Mapletree Logistics Trust Management from December 2016 to December 2019 and Chief Financial Officer of Keppel REIT Management Limited from November 2013 to July 2014. Prior to that he was financial controller at Ascendas Pte Ltd. from July 2008 to August 2010.
Mr. Lim received a bachelor’s degree in estate management from the University of Malaya in September 1999. He was admitted as a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in October 2009 and as a Chartered Accountant of Singapore in December 2016. Mr. Lim also became a licensed valuer with the Malaysia Board of Valuers in January 2007.
Ms. Lilian Lee is the Group Chief Corporate Officer of ESR since June 2020 overseeing the Group’s administration, human resources, corporate communications and IT functions. She has broad experience in the human resources field where she covers the full spectrum of human resources management. Prior to joining ESR, she was the General Manager of Human Resources and Administration of Mapletree Investments Pte. Ltd, based in Shanghai, while serving concurrently as the Senior Vice President for the company’s Group Learning and Development. Ms. Lee has extensive experience in managing sizeable, cross-market teams in various publicly listed companies including SIA Engineering Company and CapitaLand Limited. She graduated from the National University of Singapore with an honours degree in Arts.
Mr. Josh Daitch joined ESR in 2018 as Senior Managing Director and became the Group Head of Fund Management & Capital in 2020. He brings nearly three decades of real estate investment experience to the Group, having held leadership roles across the private equity and real estate divisions in various financial institutions, including Mesirow Financial, where he founded the real estate investment management division, and the Archon Group, Goldman Sachs’ real estate management subsidiary, where he was part of the original team that Goldman acquired from the J.E. Robert Companies in 1996.
Mr. Daitch received his master of business administration degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor of business administration degree with high distinction from the University of Michigan.
In his role Group Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Matthew Lawson supports the Group Co-CEOs and works closely with the ESR business unit leadership in the delivery of key growth initiatives and performance across the Group. Given the Group’s growing scale, he will also seek to optimise the firm’s operating capabilities and deliver a more streamlined business and an enhanced cost structure. Additionally, Mr. Lawson will also oversee Information Technology, Insurance and Business Resilience and other functions. Prior to his current appointment, Matthew was responsible for managing the finance, corporate development, treasury, information technology and newly created clean energy infrastructure functions at ESR Australia as its CFO.
Mr. Lawson brings with him over 20 years of experience in leading global real estate investment and financial services companies across the Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining ESR in 2020, he was an Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Hongkong & Shanghai Hotels Limited, a leading hotel owner and operator under The Peninsula hotel brand. Before this, Mr. Lawson was a Managing Director at JPMorgan and Head of their Real Estate investment banking practice in Asia, based in Hong Kong.
Mr. Lawson holds a Bachelor of International Business Relations from Griffith University, a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Queensland and holds a certificate in Chinese Studies from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and Nanjing University.
Ms. Marilyn Tan has been appointed as the Group Head, Investor Relations of ESR since 1 April 2023. She supports the Group Chief Financial Officer in in the delivery of effective communication platforms for ongoing investor and stakeholder engagement for ESR.
Prior to her appointment, Ms. Tan was Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Head of Investor Relations of the Manager of ARA US Hospitality Trust, listed on the Singapore Exchange. She was with ARA Asset Management Limited since 2006 and has held various positions in areas of investor relations, financial planning & analysis, capital markets and corporate transactions. These included Director of Group Finance, Senior Manager of Group Investment Office and Investor Relations Manager for Suntec REIT.
Ms. Tan holds a Bachelor of Business (Honours) Degree, (Financial Analysis) from Nanyang Technological University.
Ms. Wenyi Shou joined in February 2012 and is currently the General Counsel of ESR. She is responsible for overseeing legal matters in relation to group debt and equity financing, fund raising and fund management transactions, acquisition and disposition and other significant transactions as well as regulatory compliance and general corporate matters. Prior to joining ESR, Ms. Shou was previously at King & Wood Mallesons where she represented underwriters and issuers on debt and equity offering, and advised private equity investment and M&A transactions. She graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law.
Mr. Mark Hwang was appointed as Group Head of Legal in 2022.
Mr. Hwang has been General Counsel of ARA Asset Management Limited (“ARA”), and is responsible for all legal matters. Prior to joining ARA, Mr. Hwang was Director of Legal and Business Development for a private investment company where he supervised and managed the legal affairs for a wide range of listed and unlisted businesses across Asia Pacific, including real estate, financial services, hospitality, resources and commodities, chemicals, retail, FMCG, automotive parts and tires.
Prior to that, Mr. Hwang was an Executive Director in the real estate investment banking business of Morgan Stanley, where he built the bank’s first dedicated real estate coverage team for Southeast Asia.
Prior to Morgan Stanley, Mr. Hwang practiced as a capital markets and corporate lawyer with Allen & Gledhill in Singapore and Paul Hastings in Hong Kong. In those roles, he helped to establish the REIT industry in both markets and was deeply involved in the majority of the first initial public offerings and follow on fund raisings by REITs in Singapore and Hong Kong.
Mr. Hwang holds a Bachelor of Law from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Laws from University College London, UK.
Dr. Michael de Jong-Douglas has been with ESR since 2014 and is now Group Head, Customer Solutions & Partnerships, Logistics, as well as responsible for the Future Solutions Group (new technologies). With nearly 25 years of experience exclusively in logistics real estate, Dr. de Jong-Douglas has previously held leadership roles in Asia as Deputy CEO for Mapletree Logistics REIT, and in Europe as Regional Head Central Europe, Head of Property Management and Head of Due Diligence Continental Europe for Prologis.
Dr. de Jong-Douglas has a PhD in Urban Planning & Applied Geography from Utrecht University and attended the Executive Development Program at Northwestern University; he also has an MBA, an MS in Geography and a BS in Public Administration & Planning. Dr. de Jong-Douglas is a member of RICS, the ULI Asia Pacific Technology and Innovation Council and ULI Industrial and Logistics Council, and the ANREV Sustainability Committee.
Mr. Tang Boon Kang was appointed as Group Head, Governance & Sustainability in 2022.
Mr. Tang has been Senior Director of Group Governance & Sustainability of ARA Asset Management Limited (“ARA”), responsible for leading ARA’s risk management, internal audit, compliance and sustainability functions. He oversees ARA’s sustainability initiatives and reporting of environmental, social and governance matters.
Mr. Tang has over 20 years of auditing, compliance, risk management and corporate governance experience. Prior to joining ARA, Mr. Tang was the Audit Manager of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Assurance Practice, Singapore from 2001 to 2009.
Mr. Tang holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (First Class Honours) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and is on the Dean’s List of Nanyang Business School. He is also a certified Enterprise Risk Manager with a Professional Diploma (Distinction) in Enterprise Risk Planning and Management from National University of Singapore. In addition, Mr. Tang is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and a Certified Internal Auditor with the Institute of Internal Auditors Singapore. He is also a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors and Asia Risk Management Institute.
Mr. Sanghwoi Bae joined ESR Kendall Square in 2019 as the head of Income JV investment. He then joined Kendall Square REIT Management to spearhead ESR Kendall Square REIT’s (KOSPI 365550, the “REIT”) IPO and investment. After completing the REIT IPO at the end of 2020, he became the CEO of the REIT Management.
Mr. Bae has 15 years of Korean real estate investment experience. He held roles across the investment banking and private equity in real estate spectrum in various financial institutions, including LaSalle Investment Management and Hana Financial Group. Mr. Bae received his Bachelor of Art degree in International Relations from Boston University.
Mr. David Blight is Chief Investment Officer of ARA Private Funds, responsible for the investment management, strategy and execution of the private equity real estate funds and mandates in the Asia Pacific region.
Mr. Blight has 40 years of global experience in the real estate investment management industry. In 2015 he co-founded ARA in Australia and prior to this Mr. Blight was Global Chairman and CEO of ING Real Estate Investment Management and Vice Chairman of ING Real Estate based in The Netherlands. He also held senior executive positions with Armstrong Jones, Mirvac Group and APN Property Group.
He is currently a Non-Executive Independent Director of Lifestyle Communities Ltd and was the founding Chairman and Non-Executive Director of the Asia Pacific Real Estate Association (Australia).
Mr. Blight holds a Bachelor of Applied Finance in Valuation from the University of Adelaide, Australia.
Ms. Chang Rui Hua has been appointed as Managing Director, Business Management and Investment, ESR Hong Kong since April 2023. She focuses on looking after our business in Hong Kong region, including our fund management arm and lead our China REIT initiatives and execution. Ms. Chang will also hold the concurrent role of Executive Director and Responsible Officer for ESR HK Asset Management Limited (the fund management arm for Hong Kong).
Ms. Chang was previously Group Head, Capital Markets and Investor Relations for the Group, managing capital and public market activities including strategic merger and acquisition investments at ESR group level; leads the Group’s investor relations function and provides insights on market developments.
Before joining ESR, Ms. Chang was with the CapitaLand Group for six years, where she was leading the Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, Corporate Planning and fund raising in China; as well as the CapitaLand Group’s Investor Relations and Capital Markets Compliance based in Singapore. She was also a key member of the team that led the privatisation of CapitaMall Asia in 2014. Prior to that, Ms. Chang was an investment banker with China International Capital Corporation and DBS Bank Ltd from 2006 to 2013.
Ms. Chang holds a Masters’ in International Public Policy (Merit) from University College London, Department of Politics and a BSc in Social Science, Economics (2nd Upper Class Honors) from the National University of Singapore. She completed the Advanced Management Programme at Booth School of Business, University of Chicago. She is also a holder of the International Certificate of Investor Relations (ICIR) and Chartered Manager Fellow.
Ms. Chiu Yu, Justina, is Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of ARA Asset Management (Fortune) Limited, the manager of Fortune REIT (“Manager”) and is responsible for the overall performance and strategic direction of Fortune REIT. She is also Chairman of the Manager’s Disclosures and Designated Committees.
Prior to this, she was Deputy CEO of the Manager, responsible for the day-to-day management of Fortune REIT from 2010 to 2015 and Chief Operating Officer of the Manager overseeing strategic planning, investment, asset management and investor relations from 2009 to 2010.
Ms. Chiu holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Economics and Finance, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance, a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law. She is also a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, a CFA charterholder, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
Mr. Chong Kee Hiong is CEO and Executive Director of ARA Trust Management (Suntec) Limited. He is also a Director of One Raffles Quay Pte. Ltd. and a Partners’ Representative of BFC Development LLP.
Mr. Chong has 30 years of financial and management experience. Prior to joining the manager of Suntec REIT, Mr. Chong was CEO of OUE Hospitality REIT Management Pte Ltd from 2013 to 2018, CEO of The Ascott Limited from 2012 to 2013 and CEO of Ascott Residence Trust Management Limited from 2005 to 2012. Prior to that, he was Chief Financial Officer of Raffles Holdings Limited from 2001 to 2004. Mr. Chong began his career in audit with KPMG Peat Marwick in 1990.
Mr. Chong is currently President of the General Committee of Orchid Country Club and Aranda Country Club. He is the Chairman and Non-Executive Director of Foodfare Catering Pte Ltd. Mr. Chong is also an elected Member of Parliament for Bishan-Toa Payoh GRC.
Mr. Chong holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the National University of Singapore and completed the Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program in 2008. He is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
Mr. Adrian Chui has been the CEO and Executive Director of ESR-LOGOS Funds Management (S) Limited (formerly known as ESR Funds Management (S) Limited) since March 2017. He has over 20 years of real estate experience in Singapore and ASEAN. He was previously Managing Director, Head of Singapore Real Estate and Head of Southeast Asia Real Estate Advisory at Standard Chartered Bank, Director of Real Estate, Lodging and Leisure Group at UBS Investment Bank Singapore; and Lead Property Research Analyst at Morgan Stanley Asia (Singapore) Securities Pte Ltd. Mr. Chui has held management roles at CapitaCommercial Trust Management Limited, and was part of the pioneer management team of Ascendas Funds Management (S) Limited. He holds a Bachelor of Business from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
With a property industry career spanning over 30 years including 10 years as a co-founder of LOGOS, Mr. Trent Iliffe has successfully completed over A$3 billion of transactions.
Prior to joining LOGOS, as the Regional Director with LaSalle Investment Management, Mr. Iliffe was responsible for Industrial real estate investment in China and the Asia Pacific where he negotiated Joint Ventures, Development Management, Asset Management and Sale and Purchase Agreements. He also established JLL’s China Industrial Business leading 60 staff in seven offices around China, transacting 260,000 sqm of projects and increasing revenue by over 800% during his time with the business. Mr. Iliffe ‘s career includes a highly successful span as the National Transaction Leader at Colliers International.
Mr. Anthony Kang is CEO of ARA Korea. Mr. Kang is the Representative Director on the board of ARA Korea (REF) Limited and also serves as a board member of ARA Logistics Partners Limited and four other ARA-affiliated companies domiciled around the globe. He oversees ARA’s fund management businesses in Korea, including domestic and outbound investments, portfolio and asset management, business development, capital raising, and investor relations management in Korea. He is also a member of the ARA Group Business Development Committee which drives and coordinates all new ARA business initiatives around the globe.
Prior to ARA’s acquisition of ARA Korea Limited (formerly a Macquarie Group-owned company known as Macquarie Real Estate Korea Limited) in April 2014, Mr. Kang was CEO as well as Representative Director of the company. During his time at Macquarie, he also served as a board member of Macquarie Asia Property Advisers Limited and six other Macquarie-affiliated companies domiciled around the globe. Prior to joining Macquarie, he was with the Global Principal Investment Division at Merrill Lynch in Hong Kong and the Global Real Estate Group at Lehman Brothers in Tokyo. Mr. Kang began his career as a corporate and real estate attorney and worked at several major law firms based in Boston, Hong Kong and Seoul.
Mr. Kang holds a Master of Real Estate and Urban Development from Harvard University, a Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Columbia University. Mr. Kang serves as a board member and Vice Chairman of The Korea Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs). He is also a member of The Alumni Representative Committee of Columbia University and The State Bar of Massachusetts, USA. Mr Kang is a recipient of Award of Commendation from the Korea Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport with citation for his contribution to development of real estate industry in Korea.
Mr. Jihun Kang is the Chief Investment Officer of ESR Kendall Square, the Group’s South Korea Platform. He has over 18 years of experience in real estate investment, development and fund management. He was formerly Executive Director of Kendall Square Partners, Vice President of Prologis Korea and Director of Business Development at AMB Property Corporation. Mr. Kang holds a master’s degree in real estate development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Masters in Architecture from Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering from Yonsei University.
Mr. Lee Jin Yong is Chief Executive Officer of ARA Trust Management (USH) Pte. Ltd., the manager of ARA US Hospitality Property Trust, and ARA Business Trust Management (USH) Pte. Ltd. (ARA H-BT), the trustee-manager of ARA H-BT. ARA Trust Management (USH) Pte. Ltd. and ARA H-BT are the managers of ARA US Hospitality Trust, the first pure-play US upscale select-service hospitality trust listed on the Singapore Exchange. He is also a member of the ARA Group Business Development Committee which drives and coordinates all new business initiatives.
Mr. Lee has more than 30 years of hotel management and investment experience. Prior to joining the Managers, Mr. Lee established Probity Investors, a boutique consultancy that sourced hotel investments and raised capital for private fund managers in the US. Prior to that, Mr. Lee served as an investment officer for several lodging-specific private equity fund managers including Thayer Lodging (now part of Brookfield Asset Management) and HEI Hotels & Resorts. In his capacity as an investment officer, Mr. Lee oversaw all aspects of the investment approach including sourcing, underwriting, negotiating and closing real estate transactions. Prior to that, Mr. Lee served in a business development capacity for hotel brands such as Kimpton Hotel & Restaurant Group (now part of InterContinental Hotels) and Marriott International. Mr. Lee started his career in hotel operations at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, San Francisco.
Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from Cornell University and Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine. Mr. Lee is a lifetime member of the Cornell Hotel Society and he is also licensed with the US Financial Industry Regulatory Authority as a registered representative for private securities transactions.
Mr. Loh Meow Chong has over 40 years of experience in the real estate sector covering a wide range of businesses from merger & acquisition, investments (business development, property, project, facilities and asset management), finance, sales and marketing with regional exposure in United States, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines and Indonesia. Prior to joining ESR, he was the President Director and Chief Business Development Officer for PT. Plaza Indonesia Jababeka managing mixed use property development. He was also formerly the President Director and CEO of PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk, where he developed Lippo Cikarang to be recognized as one of the best industrial township in Indonesia. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the National Taiwan University.
Mr. Abhijit Malkani is the CEO of ESR India overseeing the development and operations of the Indian platform. He has 26 years of experience in commercial and industrial real estate operations in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, including 15 years in logistics and industrial real estate in India. Prior to joining ESR in September 2017, Mr. Malkani was a member of the founding team and former Managing Director of IndoSpace, which is currently the largest logistics real estate developer in India. He was also formerly the Country Head of Prologis India, where he established Prologis India’s operations team. Mr. Malkani obtained a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the Delhi University in India.
A co-founder of LOGOS, Mr. John Marsh brings over 25 years experience in the global property arena in a career managing over 2,500,000sqm of logistics real estate and forging a global network of relationships in property, commerce and industry.
Mr. Marsh’s qualifications and career foundations are in architecture and engineering in the commercial and industrial sectors. Mr. Marsh built Goodman to be Australia’s leading business place developer with over 120 staff and a development track record of 1,000,000 sqm per annum. Mr. Marsh established joint ventures for Goodman across both the fund management and development platforms in Australia, New Zealand and Asia with clients including Toll, DHL and Linfox. Mr. Marsh also led Australand’s NSW and Queensland commercial development division.
As CEO of the ESR Data Centres business, Diarmid is driving the strategy, growing the platform across key cities in Asia Pacific, leading the team to identify new business and investment opportunities; overseeing investment evaluation of opportunities in the market; managing and executing deal structures whilst providing industry-leading, environmentally conscious buildings to regional operators and hyperscalers.
In his previous 7+ year role as SVP, Sales Asia Pacific for Equinix, Diarmid was responsible for the P&L for the AP-wide business and a key member of the investment team strategizing and approving regional expansions, entering new markets and integrating three acquisitions.
Previously, he was integral to creation of Vodafone Carrier Services globally, consolidated operating units, and partners, in Africa, Middle East and Asia Pacific.
Whilst, in earlier roles, he established and grew Asia businesses for 3 US high-tech start-ups – Atlas, ITXC, and NexTone. During his, 35+ year, career he has been based in London, Wellington, Singapore, Sydney, Hong Kong and Tokyo and has regularly been on the Board of both corporate regional subsidiaries, and JVs, as well as driving M&A activity regionally.
Mr. Hideaki Matsunami has over 40 years of real estate experience in Japan. Prior to joining ESR (formerly the Redwood group) in 2011, he was the Senior Vice President in AMB Japan and Prologis Japan between 2000-2011. He also held key positions for Shimizu Corporation, one of the leading construction companies in Japan for 29 years. A licensed Japanese Broker and licensed first-class Architect, Mr. Matsunami was graduated from the Department of Architecture, Faculty of Engineering, The University of Tokyo.
With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Mirpuri has raised over US$2 billion in funds raised and 50 investments across Japan, China, Singapore and India. His past roles include co-CEO of ESR India and Head of Investments for Japan & China for Redwood Group (now ESR). Prior to joining ESR, Mr. Mirpuri has worked at Deutsche Bank (Singapore) & Capital One Bank (USA). He has an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelors and Masters degree in Aerospace Engineering from IIT Bombay.
Mr. Sunwoo Thomas Nam is the CEO of ESR Kendall Square, the Group’s South Korea Platform. With over 26 years of experience in the real estate sector, he was the President of Prologis Korea, once the largest logistics asset investment and development platform in South Korea. Previously he founded Kendall Square Investment, a real estate investment management company in Korea with Warburg Pincus. He was also the Head of Overseas Investment at Samsung Life Insurance, and the Director of Investment at Rodamco Asia based in Hong Kong. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management of Northwestern University / the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology; and a master’s degree in real estate development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Mr. Philip Pearce has over 20 years of real estate experience in the Asia Pacific Region, and has been on the Board of ESR Funds Management (S) Limited since April 2017. He has been the CEO of ESR’s Australia platform since August 2018. He was the former Managing Director, Greater China for the Goodman Group, where he was responsible for the establishment of the Goodman Group’s business in China. Previously, he was at AMP Henderson Property Group where he worked in various roles including valuation, asset management and fund management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in land economy from the University of Western Sydney, and a graduate diploma in applied finance from the Australian Securities Institute. He is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Mr. Moses K. Song is CEO of ARA Asset Management Limited (“ARA”). He is responsible for leading ARA’s diversified real assets platform covering APAC, Europe and the US. Mr Song oversees strategy, product development, capital raising and all investment management activities involving ARA. In addition, Mr Song serves on ARA’s Board, Executive Committee and Private Markets Investment Committee, as well as ESR’s Group Investment Committee. He is also a Non-Executive Director of the Managers of ARA US Hospitality Trust.
Mr. Song joined ARA in 2009 and led the firm’s business development efforts and expansion strategies into new markets. During his tenure as CEO & CIO and Director of Business Development, ARA’s gross assets under management grew by over 12 times to US$100+ billion. Prior to joining ARA, he held senior positions with leading investment management firms and global investment banks in Tokyo, Seoul, Hong Kong and Singapore.
Mr. Song holds a Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University School of Law and Bachelor of Science in Economics from Centre College. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas (inactive status).
Ms. Mavis Wong is Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director and a responsible officer of ARA Asset Management (Prosperity) Limited. Ms. Wong is also Chairman of the Disclosures Committee and a member of the Designated (Finance) Committee. She has also led and/or been a key member of the investment and asset management team since Prosperity REIT was listed in December 2005.
Prior to her appointment as Acting CEO and subsequently CEO on 1 January 2013, Ms. Wong was Director, Investment and Asset Management overseeing the business plans of Prosperity REIT’s properties including leasing, property management and asset enhancement strategies and was responsible for investment strategy and policy.
Ms. Wong has over 25 years of real estate industry experience. Prior to joining the Group, she worked in the leasing, marketing and asset/property management departments of various developers, management companies and corporations including Cheung Kong (Holdings) Limited, New World Development Company Limited, Jardine Matheson & Co., Limited, Goodwill Management Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Henderson Land Development Company Limited) and Yaohan Department Store (HK) Limited. Ms. Wong is a member of The Hong Kong Institute of Directors.
Ms. Wong holds a Bachelor of Arts from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, a Postgraduate Certification in Hong Kong Law from City University of Hong Kong and a Diploma in Property Development from SPACE, University of Hong Kong.
Mr. Zhou Bo joined ESR (formerly e-Shang) as China’s COO in 2013. With over 20 years of experience in the logistics and real estate industries in China, Mr. Zhou started his career in Sinotrans Group in 1995 as Company Secretary of Sinotrans Air Transportation Development Company Limited, Managing Director of Exel-Sinotrans Freight Forwarding Company Limited and General Manager of Sinotrans Logistics Limited. He was the Vice President and Head of North Region of Prologis China from 2006 to 2010 and Senior Vice President and Head of Operations of GLP China (formerly Prologis China) from 2010 to 2012. Mr. Zhou holds an MBA from Peking University and a bachelor’s degree in Information Management from Beijing Foreign Studies University.

She held roles as an Executive Director, Chief Financial Officer as well as Chief Strategy Officer of Kerry Properties Limited from Oct 2019 to Aug 2022. Prior to joining Kerry Properties Limited, Ms. Nah was the Head of Portfolio Management, Asia of SilverLake Partners, where she worked closely with portfolio company executives on value creation and Asian expansion initiatives. Her wealth of experience also includes 10 years at General Electric in finance, M&A and various transformation teams. In her last role as the Chief Financial Officer of GE Capital Greater China, she spearheaded the build out of GE’s commercial and consumer finance businesses in mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Ms. Nah graduated from Singapore’s Nanyang Technological University, with a bachelor’s degree in Business Studies and she also holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from Kellogg-HKUST Executive Master of Business Administration Program.
Appointed as Director in 2011 and re-designated as Non-executive Director in February 2019, Mr. Jeffrey David Perlman was appointed as Chairman of ESR in May 2019. He is also a member of the Remuneration Committee.
Jeffrey Perlman is President of Warburg Pincus. He is currently a member of the firm’s Executive Management group at Warburg Pincus. In addition to his role as President, Mr. Perlman leads Warburg Pincus’ investments in Southeast Asia and the firm’s real estate franchise across Asia-Pacific. He currently serves as the Chairman of ESR Group Limited (1821.HK) and also serves on the Board of Directors for ESR Group Limited, BW Industrial Development JSC, Lodgis Hospitality Holdings, Mofang Apartments, NWP Property, MoMo, Storhub, Princeton Digital Group Limited, Oona Insurance and others. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus in 2006, Jeffrey worked in the Real Estate Investment Banking group at Credit Suisse.
Mr. Perlman obtained a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
Mr. Charles Alexander Portes, also known as Charles de Portes, was re-designated as a Non-executive Director of ESR, and Chairman Emeritus of the Capital Committee in January 2021.
He was the co-founder and President of the Redwood group from July 2006 until the merger between e-Shang, ESR Singapore Pte. Ltd. (formerly known as Redwood Group Asia Pte. Ltd.) and Redwood Asian Investments Ltd. Pursuant to a merger agreement in January 2016, he was the President of the Group from January 2016 to December 2020. Appointed as a Director of ESR in January 2016 and re-designated as an Executive Director in February 2019, he was responsible for overseeing the Company’s overall private equity capital raising and operations and business development.
Mr. Portes has over 26 years of real estate investment experience, including more than 20 years in the logistics and New Economy sectors in Asia. He was the co-founder and co-CEO of AMB BlackPine from 2003 to 2006, which was subsequently incorporated into Prologis, and was a member of the AMB Property Japan Advisory Committee from June 2006 to August 2008. He was also the Head of Acquisitions and Capital for Europe and Asia for Prologis from 1998 to 2003. Prior to this, he worked in real estate, principally in investments, at Goldman Sachs Investment Holdings (Asia) Limited from 1996 to 1998.
Mr. Portes graduated from the Johns Hopkins University where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in International Political Economy. He also holds an MBA from INSEAD, France and is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
Appointed as Non-executive Director in 2021, Mr. Hu has over 12 years of experience in the warehousing and logistics industries. He also has management experience across different industries and sizeable businesses. He joined JD.com, Inc. (together with its subsidiaries, “JD Group”) in 2010 and has held several positions in JD Group, including as the Human Resources Director (Southwest Region), the General Manager (Southwest Region) and the General Manager (North China) of JD Logistics. He has served as the Vice President of JD Group and CEO of JD Property since 2019. Mr. Hu graduated from Sichuan Agricultural University with a Bachelor’s degree in Land Resource Management.
Mr. John Lim was appointed as a Non-executive Director and ESR’s Senior Advisor in 2022.
Mr. John Lim is the Chairman of JL Family Office. He also serves as a Non-executive Director of ARA Trust Management (Suntec) Limited, ARA Asset Management (Fortune) Limited, ARA Asset Management (Prosperity) Limited and Hui Xian Asset Management Limited.
Mr. Lim is Chairman of the Asia Pacific Real Assets Association (APREA) and the Consultative Committee to the Department of Real Estate, National University of Singapore. He is also a Patron of the Securities Investors Association of Singapore (SIAS) and a Council Member of Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Mr. Lim co-founded ARA Asset Management Limited in 2002 and was its Group CEO for 18 years and Deputy Chairman from February 2021 to January 2022.
Mr. Lim has over 41 years of experience in the real estate industry and has received many notable corporate awards. These include the PERE Global Awards 2020 and 2016 Industry Figure of the Year: Asia, Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of the Year Singapore 2012 and the Outstanding CEO of the Year 2011 at the Singapore Business Awards 2012. Mr Lim, along with the Board of Directors of ARA Asset Management Limited, was a recipient of the prestigious Best Managed Board (Gold) Award at the Singapore Corporate Awards 2012. In 2017, he was conferred the Public Service Medal (PBM) by the President of Singapore in recognition of his contributions to the community.
Mr. Lim holds a Bachelor of Engineering (First Class Honours) in Mechanical Engineering, a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering, as well as a Diploma in Business Administration, each from the National University of Singapore.
Appointed as Non-executive Director in 2022, Dr. Chiu was the Founding Chairman and Director of ARA Asset Management Limited, the Chairman and a Non-executive Director of ARA Asset Management (Prosperity) Limited as the manager of Prosperity REIT (listed in Hong Kong), and a Non-executive Director of ARA Asset Management (Fortune) Limited as the manager of Fortune REIT (currently listed in Hong Kong and previously also listed in Singapore prior to 21 October 2019). Dr. Chiu joined the CK Group in 1997 and is an Executive Director and an Executive Committee Member of CK Asset Holdings Limited, heading the real estate sales, marketing and property management teams.
Dr. Chiu has more than 41 years of international experience in real estate in Hong Kong and overseas, and is one of the most respected professionals in the property industry in Asia. He is a Fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Council Member and a Fellow of The Hong Kong Institute of Directors, a Fellow of Hong Kong Institute of Real Estate Administrators, a Vice Chairman of the Board of Governors of Hong Kong Baptist University Foundation, an Honorary Associate Member of Business of Trent University, Canada, a member of the Singapore Management University International Advisory Council in China, a member of the School of Business Advisory Committee and an Adjunct Professor of the School of Business of Hong Kong Baptist University and a Senior Departmental Fellow of the Department of Land Economy at University of Cambridge, the United Kingdom. He was a member of the Standing Committee of the 12th Shanghai Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference of the People’s Republic of China.
Dr. Chiu holds a Doctor of Business Administration degree from Hong Kong Baptist University, and was conferred with the degree of Doctor of Social Sciences, honoris causa by Hong Kong Baptist University and the degree of Doctor of Laws, honoris causa by Trent University, Canada.
Mr. Rajeev Veeravalli Kannan was appointed as a Non-executive Director in 2022.
Mr. Kannan has been the Managing Executive Officer and Co-Head of Asia Pacific Division of Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (“SMBC”) as well as in Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group (“SMFG”) since April 2022.
Mr. Kannan’s banking career spans over 27 years having held various leadership roles in Asia with global, regional and product responsibilities. He has a deep experience in corporate and investment banking, structured finance, principal investments and infrastructure and energy finance and is passionate about building businesses and diverse teams to drive innovation, adaptability and sustainable growth.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Kannan was Head of Corporate Banking, Asia Pacific between 2020 and 2022 and was Executive Officer and Head of Investment Banking, Asia Pacific between 2016 and 2020. Under his leadership of corporate banking and investment banking, SMBC enhanced its platform in the region, grew its client base, built SMBC into the top player in infrastructure finance and built a strong ESG Solutions Team made significant progress on sustainability and green finance. Mr. Kannan was also based in Tokyo between 2012 and 2016 with responsibility for Global Structured Finance. He was the first non-Japanese Executive Officer/ General Manager to be based in SMBC’s head office.
Mr. Kannan is also a member of Board of Directors of Clifford Capital Group of companies, Pierfront Capital Pte Ltd, and Fullerton India Credit Company Limited. He is passionate about sustainability and green finance and is a thought leader in this space. He is a member of the Advisory Board for Singapore Green Finance Centre as well as ASEAN Hub Steering Group Member for Sustainable Development Investment Partnership, a joint initiative of OECD and World Economic Forum.
Mr. Kannan started his career at ICICI Bank in Mumbai in 1994 after graduating from Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS), Pilani in India with a master’s degree in management. He was conferred the Institute of Banking and Finance (IBF) Distinguished Fellow Award in 2019.
Appointed as Independent Non-executive Director in 2019, Mr. Brett Harold Krause is the chairman of the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee, as well as a member of the Audit Committee.
Mr. Krause has extensive experience in the banking industry in Asia and in corporate management. He joined FunPlus in March 2018 where he currently serves as Chief Investment Officer. Mr. Krause joined Transcend Fund (a venture capital firm) in August 2022 and currently is a general partner. He has been a chairperson of Xterio (a global cross-platform play-and-earn developer and publisher) since May 2022. Mr. Krause served as Chief Investment Officer of FunPlus from March 2018 to August 2022. Prior to FunPlus, Mr. Krause was the Managing Partner at PurpleSky Capital LLC, the President of JPMorgan Chase Bank (China) and held leadership roles at Citigroup, where he served as Citi Country Officer for Citibank Vietnam from 2008 to 2013. Mr. Krause has also been an independent board director for both East West Bank (China) Limited since November 2017 and Vincom Retail Joint Stock Company from September 2017 to December 2020.
Mr. Krause obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in foreign service from Georgetown University in the United States. He also holds an MBA from Columbia Business School of Columbia University in the United States.
Appointed as Independent Non-executive Director in 2019, Mr. Simon James McDonald is the chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee.
Mr. McDonald has extensive experience in real estate and management in APAC and was the head of asset management at Asia Pacific Land from February 2015 to May 2019, responsible for the day-to-day oversight of Asia Pacific Land’s asset management activities. Prior to this role, Mr. McDonald held various roles at GE Capital Real Estate, in Sydney in Australia and Tokyo in Japan from August 1997 to September 2013, including Managing Director Asia Pacific (Portfolio Strategy), Managing Director Asia Pacific (Asset Management), Managing Director Asia Pacific (Risk Management), Joint Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand, and Director (Risk Management).
Mr. McDonald obtained a bachelor’s degree in economics from The Australian National University and a master of business from the University of Technology in Sydney, Australia. Mr. McDonald is a fellow member of CPA Australia, a fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia, and a member and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Appointed as Independent Non-executive Director in 2019, Ms. Liu Jingsheng is a member of the Nomination Committee.
Ms. Liu has extensive experience in the capital markets in China. She joined China International Capital Corporation Limited (“CICC”) in 1996 and was the advisory director at CICC until December 2021. Prior to this, she held various roles within the CICC group until December 2021, including the chairwoman of Investment Banking Business Committee of CICC, chairwoman and CEO of China International Capital Corporation (Singapore) Pte. Limited and the Head of the Strategic Research Department of CICC. Prior to joining CICC, Ms. Liu worked at the Department of State Planning and Regional Economy of State Planning Commission (currently known as the National Development and Reform Commission) in China.
Ms. Liu obtained a bachelor’s degree in economics from Renmin University of China in China and a master’s degree in rural development management from Khon Kaen University in Thailand.

Appointed as Independent Non-executive Director in 2022, Ms. Wei-Lin Kwee is a member of the Remuneration Committee.
Ms. Kwee is the Head of Hotels of Pontiac Land Group, a privately held real estate development and investment company. She oversees Pontiac Land Group’s hotel portfolio in Singapore, Maldives and Sydney and has been with the company since 2008. Ms. Kwee is the President of the Singapore Hotel Association which represents 85% of Singapore’s room count and 40,000 employees in Singapore. She has been appointed as a member of the Singapore Government’s Future Economy Council since April 2021 and serves as a member of its Lifestyle Committee. As a member of the Emerging Stronger Taskforce of Singapore from May 2020 to May 2021, Ms. Kwee co-led the Travel Alliance, a private public partnership that aimed to bring air travel back to Singapore after Covid border closures. Ms. Kwee has been a council member of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Singapore Business Federation since March 2022 and June 2022 respectively. She is also a member of the Workplace Safety and Health Council under the Singapore Ministry of Manpower. She is an International Advisory Board Member of the IE Business School, Spain. She was a 2013 Eisenhower Fellow and has been the Honorary Secretary for the Eisenhower Fellowships Singapore Society since March 2022.
Ms. Kwee graduated from Brown University with a Bachelor of Arts, Economics and International Relations in 1998 and obtained her Master of Business Administration from Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2008.
