Over the years, we have successfully navigated various market conditions, leveraging our specialist expertise in ‘brown to green’ refurbishments effectively managing assets throughout all points of the cycle.
Living
With its strong fundamentals, the living sector has been a key component of our 30+ years of success in the UK and Continental Europe. Our proficiency extends across various segments, including Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), Built-to-Rent, Hotel, Senior Housing, Social Housing, and Senior Living. We have successfully completed the end-to-end development of three PBSA sites in the UK and the ground-up development of c.1,000 beds in Ireland.
New Economy
Our portfolio spans all sub-sectors within logistics, including last-mile, multi-storey distribution centres, mid-box, and big-box logistics. We are also one of the few industry participants executing net lease and sale-and-leaseback strategies. Utilising a proprietary data-led acquisition model, we select markets and pinpoint micro-locations with precision. Our synergies with ESR Group’s occupier relationships and development expertise, including data centres, further enhance our capabilities.

Since 2013, our credit team has been a prominent lender to real estate owners across the UK and Europe. We provide lending solutions to real estate borrowers in all sectors, including multi-family, logistics, hotels, office, and student accommodation. We offer senior loans, whole loans, and mezzanine loans, tailored to our clients’ risk appetites.
